After Chicago, Shanghaï, San Francisco, Saint-Petersburg and Quebec, a trip to Singapore will reward the winner of the 2013 Prix Turnbull de la Photo. The theme for this year is Transparency in Building.
The photo competition, organized by Turnbull Associés with Business Immo magazine is open to all property professionals and students of the profession. Awards will go also to the winners of the Business Immo prize, the RICS prize for the best young photographer, the investor prize and the unmissable ‘Golden Breezeblock’ for the most improbable building.

The Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) has bought the Virgin Megastore retail complex on the Champs Elysées in the heart of Paris from French insurance firm Groupama for a price of around $600 million.
Retail space at 54-60, rue Faubourg St Honoré, right opposite the British Embassy, with names like Burberry, Moschino and Bally is a safe bet for investors, so when Hammerson put the property on the market Scandinavian investor Ramsbury AB instructed Turnbull Associés to provide technical due diligence.
