Our services are exclusively remunerated by fees paid by our clients, agreed in advance whenever possible.
We never have and never will accept commissions from third parties involved in the project we manage.
We believe individual human contact is essential in consultancy services.
We become personally involved in each project and defend our client’s interests as if they were our own.
Turnbull Associés is not a large company, so throughout the project your contact with the team leader remains unchanged, while appropriate specialists deal with particular aspects of the operation.
Our team includes Chartered Surveyors, architects, CAD layout specialists and qualified engineers. C.V.’s of staff involved can be provided for every project.

The team is multidisciplinary, with expertise in building surveying, quantity surveying, project management, civil engineering and building management.
Our consultants are a mix of British and French, and capable of operating in either language, having extensive experience of working in Britain and France, and around the world.
