Turnbull Associés was commissioned by AIG French fund to carry out the building survey prior to the acquisition of this major headquarters building. As well as the 28,000m² of offices, the building contained a 500 seat staff restaurant, conference facility, fitness centre and executive entertainment suite on the top floor. The building was let to several tenants including ALCATEL, after the move of the owner occupier to a new corporate HQ following its merger with SUEZ. |
