GE Capital needed an independant surveyor's opinion before responding to an offer for sale of 190 appartments in some twenty separte developments located throughout France.


With a view to progressive resale of the apparments,the key technical issue was the forecasting likely expenditure on the co-ownership buildings in the time before completion of the resale programme.


Turnbull Associés was instructed to carry out building surveys of all the buildings in order to identify any technical problems and to provide a five year works budget for each property.
