| LOGISTICS is a fund managed by CDC IXIS dedicated to logistics investment. Turnbull Associés has monitored several developments acquired by the fund, including this 40,000m² building, in the Parissud VI logistics park in Melun Sénart new town. This type of construction appears deceptively simple but the technical requirements of users are demanding and errors or design or execution can be disastrous. The role of Turnbull Associés was firstly to check design, negotiate improvements, ensure proper purchase documentation and to monitor construction. |
