Multitenanted warehouse properties require both ongoing technical maintenance and planned renovation to combat wear and stay competitive with more recent buildings. Threadneedle Property Management Fund owns three warehouse investments in the Paris suburbs, with over 20 tenants. Turnbull Associés has been appointed to be responsible for dealing with all aspects of the maintenance, repair and renovation of the buildings. The firm also handles negotiations with tenants on renovation fitting out works and dilapidations. |
