Technical Management - Crédit Lyonnais - Paris

After the notorious fire which damaged much of the bank's historic headquarters building, Credit Lyonnais sold the property. The rear half of the site was bought for redevelopment but the bank remained as tenant of the north building on the boulevard des Italiens This includes the imposing 19th century grand staircase and original banking hall.


With the bank retaining full responsibility not only for maintenance but even for major repairs, appointment of a property manager was not considered necesary.


Turnbull Associés was appointed by the landlord - WESTINVEST - to monitor the quality of maintenance and repair of the building by the bank so as to ensure that the historic building fabric - and the modern office accomodation - is fully preserved.


Services provided :
- Quarterly building inspection and status report
- Monitor compliance with repair covenants of the lease
- Review the tenant's annual works programme and prioritisation of expenditure
