Corporate Relocation - La Poste - 15 Buildings

Like France Télécom, LA POSTE decided to sell part of its property holding whilst remaining as tenant. As part of this strategy, a portfolio of 15 buildings - sorting offices and offices - were offered for sale by selective tender.


AWON GROUP instructed Turnbull Associés to carry out building surveys of the 145.000m² of premises scattered across France from Paris to Marseille and from Bordeaux to Nancy.


Furthermore, the vendor laid down a rigourous timetable for all the building inspections and valuations within a five day period.
 Services provided :
- Building surveys of 15 sites and review of technical data
- Survey reports and works budgets on each property and an executive overall summary
- Assistance in acquisition meetings and negotiations
