With business developing, the French marketing and sales division rented larger and more prestigious premises in the Orlytech business park next to Orly airport.


The project had to fit within tight budget constraints while providing good looking space for presentation of the new product ranges to leading retailers.


After analysing the premises layout, Turnbull Associés helped the client to re-negotiate the lease in order to obtain more functional space within the building as well as upgraded air conditioning from the landlord.
