DTZ Asset Management acquired this 12,000m² office development from developer FRG, while it was still in the design stage.
The development offered wide, uninterrupted floor plates using a recently developed mixed steel/concrete structure. The building also included a large staff restaurant and underground car parking.
Turnbull Associés was appointed before acquisition to appraise the design in fonctional and technical terms, to negotiate improvements and then to monitor construction.
Key negotiations included an increase in staircase capacity to ensure that tenants could lay out dense open-plan offices, thus optimising marketing potential.
