Awon group - acting for the AIG french fund - acquired a 3000m2 retail development project with a prelet to leading retailers - ETAM and H&M. The site was a prime pitch in one of the best shopping locations in Paris.


Works involved underpinning, excavation of two basement levels and construction of ground and three upper floors to a shell and core finish.


Turnbull Associés was appointed by Awon to monitor quality, progress of the works and compliance with the agreed specification. This also involved approval of changes proposed by the developer.


After delivery, Turnbull Associés also monitored the tenants' fitting out works to ensure compliance with the terms of the leases.
