Project Monitoring - Warehousing - Saint Witz

| Given the constant demand for large logistics facilities, TMW decided to invest in a 100,000m² programme of warehouses developed by Financière Rive Gauche near the St Witz exit of the A1 motorway. Not only must warehouse buildings meet the needs of modern logistics users, they are also subject to strict and complex rules for prevention of fire and pollution. Turnbull Associés was appointed to advise TMW on the quality of design of the project then to monitor construction of the six warehouse buildings. At the completion of works, ensuring certification of compliance with statutory regulations was also an important task. |
