| The Collines de St Cloud office complex is the size of a 30 storey tower block, laid on its side! Five office blocks rise from a base which contains a staff restaurant, retail mall and several levels of car parking. Turnbull Associés carried out a full building survey of one of the office towers and the infrastructure for TMW FRANCE, acting on behalf of a German institutional investor. Over thirty years old, the complex was found to be entering a phase of renewal of major plant and office renovation. The analysis of imminent major plant renewal costs enabled TMW to take account of future costs in the acquisition price. |
