After Chambourcy (now Nestlé) moved out of their regional cold store, the installations were found to be obsolete and removal the only solution.
The works involved dismantling 25 tonnes of insulated panels and the substantial chiller plant ducting and generator. 500m² of masonry was needed to divide the space into smaller, more lettable units.
The original warehouse unit was then renovated with the provision of new lighting and heating, reorganisation of EDF power supplies and a complete resin floor coating.
Turnbull Associés was retained by the building owner to define the extent of works and manage the whole process. . |
